For those who don’t already know, I’ve released 2 bonus short stories from the Deliver Us universe already (Check them out here > Never Happened and Expected Lies). I’m working on writing more of them with the goal of releasing an anthology of all of the shorts collected together. So, my question for you guys is if there is a specific character or event in either Deliver Us or From Temptation which you’d be especially interested in seeing featured in a short story?

I’d love to read more about Ben and I’m really glad that you are already planning to write more about him. What I am especially curious about is the beginning of Ben’s and Kyle’s relationship. I know they only became a couple in Deliver Us but they already had a history before that and I would really like to read more about this time. Maybe about their first meeting…maybe about how things developed. Don’t know if that’s possible since it actually happened before Deliver Us….
Another character that fascinates me is Micah. Some story about him, maybe when he was still Ben’s sub, would be great. There were only a few hints at scenes between them in Deliver Us.
I don’t know what you will write about Trace and Micah in the 3rd Deliver Us novel but in case you are not telling about the beginning of their relationship, that would also be pretty interesting to read about.
I also want to add that I am so happy that you’re planning to release these short stories as anthology. I hope that way I can buy it for Kindle or Nook, since buying via Forbidden Fiction sadly didn’t work for me.

Thanks for your message! Wow, those are some really fantastic suggestions. I love the idea of doing a story about how Ben and Kyle got together. The reason I haven’t done one until now was because of some of the information which came to light in From Temptation about Kyle’s past (which I didn’t want to spoil), but now that From Temptation is out it’s fair game.
I also love your suggestions about exploring Ben and Micah’s Dom/sub relationship, and how Trace and Micah got together. Deliver Us 3 (Forgive Us Our Sins) does deal heavily with Trace and Micah’s relationship, as well as both of their pasts, but it doesn’t go into too much detail about when they got involved either. Honestly, I may have to write all three of your ideas, now that I’m thinking about it! I really appreciate the inspiration 🙂
The anthology would be released as an ebook and in print, so there is hope it would be available through other vendors. I don’t know the specifics yet, unfortunately. I know some readers have difficulty with purchasing from someone other than their usual resource. If there’s anything I can do to help out, let me know!
