Thank you again to Monique <3 These have been the toughest holidays of my life for several reasons but this news has really lifted my spirits and has helped motivate me to keep writing. Knowing my hard work is appreciated this much is more than I could ask and I’m truly grateful.

 I’m completely blown away by the news that Arctic Absolution is a Runner-Up in the Gay Contemporary Romance category of the 2015 Rainbow Awards! Fellow ForbiddenFiction author, Nick Kinsley, also got a Runner-Up spot in the Best Gay Debut category for his novel, Behind Locked Doors. Congrats to him and thank you to all of the judges and all of those involved in making the awards happen.

Arctic Absolution was one of my biggest challenges to write, mostly from a practical standpoint. There was so much research and mental gymnastics involved in bringing both Dixon and Jaye to life in the wild setting of remote Alaska. I’m incredibly proud of this story and am glad others have enjoyed it so much! The prequel to this novel, Caged Jaye, is in the proofing stages right now. I hope to announce a date for a cover reveal soon, as well as a release date, so stay posted!

Wow! I’m completely floored right now. Double Heat (Twin Ties 3) has been given an Honorable Mention in the 2015 Rainbow Awards! This is my third book to receive an Honorable Mention this year, along with Arctic Absolution and Song of the Lonesome Cowboy. Last year, Forgive Us and My Brother’s Lover (Twin Ties 1) were finalists in the 2014 Rainbow Awards, and My Brother’s Lover received an Honorable Mention.

Meanwhile, here’s a book news update for you: Loving the Master is through proofreading and ARCs are in production. Caged Jaye and Arctic Absolution are getting fancy new covers. Once those are ready, we’ll have a better idea of a release date for Caged Jaye. Boy in a Dress (MM Romance, novel) 1st round edits are completed. I’m working on 2nd round edits to Only the Lonely (prequel short in the Twin Ties series) now. Next up is giving Bare (MM Romance, GFY, novel) one last read and submitting it to FFP. Busy busy! I hope the holidays are treating everyone kindly. Thank you, as always, for reading!
